At the Dudok Horeca Group we follow the collective labor agreement of Bakkersbedrijf (baking industry) and the associated salary tables:

- Holiday pay -

Zero-hour with a maximum of 12 hours per week

At Dudok, holiday pay and vacation days are paid monthly. Do you only work at Dudok and do you have no other job? Then you don’t pay tax on your holiday pay. Do you have another job and do you not apply the payroll tax credit at Dudok? Then you pay 36.97% in tax on your holiday pay.

Contract hours over 12 hours a week

You build up 8% holiday pay every month. The holiday pay will be paid to you in the month of May. Do you have the same gross salary every month? Then your accrual per month is the same. Does your monthly salary change or do you change your scheduled hours? Then your holiday pay will change accordingly.

- Payroll tax -

Zero-hour with a maximum of 12 hours per week

Do you apply the payroll tax credit at Dudok? Then you do not pay payroll tax on your salary because you earn below the minimum of €760.50 with an average of a maximum of 12 hours per week.

Contract hours over 12 hours a week

If you earn more than €760.50 gross per month, you pay payroll tax to the Tax Authorities. You may only receive payroll tax credit from one employer at a time. Do you have another job besides your job at Dudok? Then you must choose which company you want the payroll tax credit to be applied to. If you do not apply the payroll tax credit to your Dudok salary, you will pay payroll tax on your entire salary. We recommend that you apply the payroll tax credit to the job that gives you the highest salary. That is not always the job where you get the highest hourly wage.

So if you have multiple jobs, it is very important for you to let us know. We can then with hold the correct tax percentage from your salary and your holiday pay. In this way you won’t be faced with any nasty surprises with your annual tax return!

- Retirement -

From January 1 2024, everyone over the age of 18 will pay a pension premium. Fortunately for you, Dudok Horeca Group pays part of the cost. In addition, we pay 100% of the premium for the survivor’s pension.
